In cooperation with the Latvian Investment and Development Agency and Company JLU Technologies Ltd, in the framework of the project SKV-L-2016/76 "International competitiveness" took place the visit of Dr.sc.ing. I.Lyashenko and V.Lyashenko participation in ICBBM 2016 Conference (Varna, Bulgaria), in order to offer a new amber filament-containing material with a UV protective coating.

The exit session of the 9th Baltic – Bulgarian International Conference on Bionics/Prosthetics, Biomechanics/Mechanics and Mechatronics/Robotics (ICBBM 2016) was held from June 6 – 10, 2016 in Varna, Bulgaria. The topics (from Latvia, Estonia, Bulgaria, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Israel, Germany, France, Finland, Korea) cover a broad spectrum of subjects in the field of Bionic, Biomechanical, Biomedical, Biomaterial, Mechatronic and Robotic.

The purpose of the conference is to strengthen contacts between Bionics, Prosthetics and Orthotics Clinician, Biomechanics, Mechanics and Robotics researchers, constructors of prostheses and manufacturers, to bring together professionals from all over the world to discuss actual problems in Bionics and Prosthetics, Biomaterial, Mechanics and Biomechanics, Robotics.

At the plenary session, Dr.sc.ing. Inga Lyashenko presented a report “UV protection finishing of natural and blend textile samples using suspension with Succinite nano-particles” 06.06.2016. As well Vadims Lyashenko made presentation “Modern Strategy Application of Products with Succinite Nano-Particles and Amber Fibers in Biomaterial Industry” 08.06.2016. All reports were presented at a high scientific level and aroused a considerable interest of the conference participants.

Latvijas Investīciju un attīstības aģentūra un SIA “JLU Technologies” 2016. gada 21. aprīlī noslēgt līgumu SKV-L-2016/76 par SIA “JLU Technologies” atbalsta saņemšanu.
